What have I learnt in the past month

I have learnt that I can achieve anything that I put my mind to. I have proven to myself that I am capable of doing anything I choose.

But also more importantly I have learnt that its ok if you dont reach your goal. Its the journey that you go on that is the real lesson.
I didnt quite get the six pack that I was working towards but I did change my body and in more ways than I could have imagined.

And through the events of the last month I have been reminded that material things are just that, material. Yes its nice to have nice things and why shoudn’t we, but at the end of the day we cant take them with us when we die.

Another major lesson that I have learnt that keeps on coming up is letting go. This shows its ugly head so many times and in so many different ways. Just when you think you have dealt with it something else happens to test you. I have really embraced this and I am very proud with the way that I have dealt with the situations. There is just one more that I need to get through, but I am very aware of it and will have this dealt with very soon.

Gratitude is something that I feel very strongly. For many things that I have in my life. I am grateful for friends that I have like Ali, Wendy, Lauren and Beth. I am grateful for being able to see Armin Van Buuren tonight. His music is the soundtrack to my life. I am grateful for Mr Tinkles. His hugs are amazing. Its so funny that I get a cat that can hug me back seeing as it is me that gives the good hugs.

Bare boned, standing naked you can start again
But only if you want to
The universe is calling you
What are you going to do…
All the power you need is within you
Don’t be afraid to use it
Move forward and make a change for yourself and the world

Today has been amazing
It’s about release and balance

Release of the past
Balance of the emotions

Left the emotions floating somewhere out in space

Today ends another chapter.
Feeling so sad that it hurts.

Bursting out into tears.
Only covering my fears.

Holding in arms, feelings of the past.
Its time to let go.

Its going to be ok.
Its the right thing to do.

In the midst of the storm, the sun shines through and warms this spot I’m standing on and it all seems clearer now
